Join Vodafone as a Customer Service Advisor in Newark and you will be provided with the training, development and support to provide best-in-class customer service. In return, we’ll give you a brilliant benefits package that really makes a difference and a vibrant work environment that will soon feel like home.
As one of the UK’s biggest global brands we are investing in Newark, bringing hundreds of new jobs into our customer service team. Because of this growth we have lots of opportunities for career progression, with some of our recent joiners developing quickly into Team Leaders.
We are a global company but a close-knit team that gets a real buzz from working together. We invest in a three-week training period so that you get to really know your colleagues and the standards we set in customer service. Close support is provided, tailored for our people’s needs. Team leaders and management are really approachable and always on hand to help with any problem or situation.
Our Advisors need the empathy, ability and personality to provide a great customer experience for all our customers. You will handle all sorts of queries relating to our mobile products and look to resolve situations at first contact with a happy customer.
If you’ve worked in retail, customer service or a call centre before that would be great, but previous experience isn’t necessary as we’ll give you all the training and support you need.
As well as a highly competitive salary we offer a benefits package that includes:
– 33 days holiday (including 8 bank holidays) and the option to buy or sell an additional 5 days
– Up to 80% discounted SIM only and Broadband packages for yourself, your family and friends
– Barista style coffee shop
